This course will look at cheese the way we look at wine. We will focus on Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheeses primarily from France and Italy. Learn about all the different types of cheese and how they are made. All cheeses will be accompanied by appropriate regional wine matches. Find out which wines go with which cheeses.
